Observation

Valid because the identified staff member reported she requested to not be paired for the one-to-one with the identified child because she felt she did not have the required training to meet the needs of the child. While the identified staff member reported she could have walked away, she reported she "blocked" the child's kicks which is not an approved procedure by Inspire. Another staff member in the classroom, reported the identified staff member kicked the child and heard the child say, "don't kick me, I don't like it."
